Wei Xian, IT support

I recently had my first consultation with Rachel, and it was a very positive experience. She took the time to understand my current financial situation, future goals, and concerns before providing thoughtful and personalized insights. What I appreciated most was her ability to explain financial concepts clearly and objectively, helping me better understand areas that I had not previously considered and also cleared up some of the misconception I had regarding certain policies I am having. The session gave me greater clarity on my financial planning. I look forward to our next meeting and appreciate the value and professionalism she brought to our very first meeting.

My initial encounter with Rachel was thru a phone call that left a good impression on me, we arranged an appointment and I had her background information sent to me for verification. In my first F2F meeting with Rachel, it felt great to have the queries concerning my policies sorted out efficiently after verification and discussion of my priorities and concerns regarding my policies with HSBC Life. It was a good first meeting and thank you Rachel. 😊

I was introduced to Rachel by my bestie, and I’m so grateful for that connection. Rachel is incredibly genuine and took the time to walk me through all my policies in detail, making sure I fully understood everything—without any pressure or expectation to purchase a new policy from her. She is very generous in sharing her knowledge and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure her customers’ needs are well taken care of.
