Yuan Lin, Relationship Manager

What I value most about Rachel is that she is truly helpful — even when there’s no business involved, she’s always ready to give advice without being sales-driven. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understand clearly. On top of that, her timely follow-ups give me peace of mind knowing that nothing is missed. It’s rare to find a planner so genuine and dedicated.

Working with Rachel has been such a reassuring experience. She not only provided me with good service from the very beginning, but what stood out most was her consistent follow-up. She always checks in to make sure I’m on track and that I fully understand my options. It’s this extra care that makes me feel confident my family’s future is in safe hands

Hashina, Lecturer

I’m incredibly grateful for the support and expertise of my insurance agent, Rachel Huang, who has been instrumental in helping me plan for a secure and fulfilling retirement. We began our journey together during the transition from AXA to HSBC Life. One thing that stood out was her sincerity and ease in simplifying complex financial concepts, making them feel manageable and achievable. She always consults me about my comfort zone before suggesting products that will help my insurance and retirement plans. Thanks for being there for me!
